Thomas Earl Emmer Jr.'s campaign committee refunds $3,000 to Allen R. Arvig

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Thomas Earl Emmer Jr., Emmer for Congress, refunded $3,000 to Allen R. Arvig on October 9, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Emmer for Congress refunded $36,750 total since May 1.
