Circle Pines median home prices fell by 9.6% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Circle Pines fell by $27,250 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,500 - a 9.6% decrease over the $283,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Circle Pines in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Circle Pines for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,031, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
