How did home prices perform in St. Francis during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in St. Francis fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 3% decrease over the $269,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Francis in the first quarter of 2020.
