Pricing for the median home in Linwood decreased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Linwood fell by $3,350 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,900 - a 1.2% decrease over the $288,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Linwood in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Linwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,751, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
