Ham Lake home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Ham Lake rose by $92,645 while total sales increased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 30.1% increase over the $307,355 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Ham Lake in the first quarter of 2020.
