Home prices increased in St. Francis during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in St. Francis rose by $56,150 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $258,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in St. Francis in April 2020.
