Ham Lake median home prices fell by 3.8% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Ham Lake fell by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $418,500 - a 3.8% decrease over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Ham Lake in April 2020.
