Home prices increased in Columbia Heights during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Columbia Heights rose by $25,500 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $244,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Columbia Heights in the second quarter of 2020.
