St. Francis median home prices rose by 22.8% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in St. Francis rose by $52,000 while total sales increased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 22.8% increase over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in St. Francis in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,401, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
