The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Circle Pines rose by $29,250 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,750 - a 13.1% increase over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Circle Pines in the first half of 2020.
