Median home prices in Anoka rose to $275,000 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Anoka rose by $28,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 70 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $246,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Anoka in the first half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Anoka for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,294, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
