Rising home prices in St. Francis in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in St. Francis rose by $40,100 while total sales increased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $234,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in St. Francis in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,401, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
