Blaine (Anoka County) home prices rose in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Blaine in Anoka County rose by $41,418 while total sales increased by 27.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 301 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $268,583 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 236 homes sold in Blaine in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Blaine for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,711, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
