The first half of 2021: Home prices in East Bethel fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in East Bethel fell by $888 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $317,888 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in East Bethel in the first half of 2020.
