Pricing for the median home in Centerville increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Centerville rose by $37,550 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $287,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Centerville in the first half of 2020.
