What happened to the median home price in Ramsey during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Ramsey rose by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Ramsey in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
