Rising home prices in Ham Lake in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Ham Lake rose by $27,125 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $376,500 - a 7.8% increase over the $349,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Ham Lake in the first half of 2020.
