Fridley median home prices rose by 23.5% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Fridley rose by $57,000 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,500 - a 23.5% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Fridley in July 2020.
