July 2021: Centerville experienced a 17.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Centerville rose by $51,850 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $341,500 - a 17.9% increase over the $289,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Centerville in July 2020.
