July 2021: Home prices in Linwood increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Linwood rose by $156,210 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $476,210 - a 48.8% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Linwood in July 2020.
