On Sept. 1, Csr River Pointe LLC purchased a 95 bedroom property at 7845 East River Road, Fridley from River Pointe Ltd. Parnership for $34,500,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $84,507.39, 0.24% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Fridley as of this publication.
