September 2021: Ramsey experienced a 26.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Ramsey rose by $74,966 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,716 - a 26.3% increase over the $284,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Ramsey in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
