The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Thomas Earl Emmer Jr., Emmer for Congress, refunded $250 to Gordon W. Granse on Aug. 2, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Emmer for Congress has refunded $23,925 total since March 1.
