The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Thomas Earl Emmer Jr., Emmer for Congress, refunded $250 to Alison Mullins on June 27, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Earmarked contributions to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Emmer for Congress has refunded $11,875 total since Jan. 1.
