The fourth quarter of 2021: Linwood experienced a 10% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Linwood fell by $28,959 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 10% decrease over the $288,959 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Linwood in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Linwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,751, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
