The fourth quarter of 2021: Ramsey experienced a 6.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Ramsey rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 36.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Ramsey in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
