2021: Andover experienced a 9.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Andover rose by $31,655 while total sales increased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 380 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $343,345 median sale price for the previous year. There were 294 homes sold in Andover in 2020.
