Lotus Care is a 245 D licensed Organization designed to provide Basic Support Services and in-home services for individuals receiving services under the Developmental Disability (DD), Community Alternative for Disabled Individuals (CADI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Elderly and Alternative Care (EW & AC) waivers.
