The first quarter of 2022: Home prices in Columbus fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Columbus fell by $81,300 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 20.8% decrease over the $391,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Columbus in the first quarter of 2021, as well.
