City of Coon Rapids issued the following announcement on March 30.
Do you enjoy working outdoors and engaging with youth? The City is looking to fill two seasonal positions: Summer Recreation Specialist and Recreation on the Spot Leader.
Rec on the Spot is a staffed, mobile recreation unit that will make scheduled stops at designated parks between June 13 - August 11, engaging youth and teens between ages 5-14 in fun activities.
The Summer Recreation Specialist is responsible for leading activities for the Rec on the Spot program and special summer events. The Recreation on the Spot Leader is responsible for assisting with summer youth programs.
