Median home prices in Linwood fell to $357,500 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Linwood fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,500 - a 7.1 percent decrease from the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Linwood in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Linwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,751, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for April.
