Anoka median home prices rose by 23.4% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Anoka rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 15.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 23.4 percent increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Anoka in April 2021.
