Falling home prices in Lexington in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Lexington fell by $51,450 while total sales increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 17.1 percent decrease from the $301,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lexington in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Lexington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,015, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for April.
