In the spring of 2022, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) will begin construction on Highway 10. The first stretch of the project will improve 2.5 miles of highway in the City of Anoka by repairing and/or replacing aging roads and bridges as well as building new interchanges on Highway 10 at Thurston Avenue, Fairoak Avenue and Ferry Street.
