June 1 - August 31

4

An odd-even sprinkling ban is in effect every year from June 1 through August 31. This means that:

  • Odd numbered home addresses water on odd numbered days
  • Even numbered home addresses water on even numbered days
Exceptions are made for new sod, seed and shrubs planted within the last 30 days.

If necessary during periods of drought, additional restrictions may be imposed to ensure sufficient water supply for firefighting and everyday needs.

It is best to water your lawn during the early morning hours. You should also set your rain sensor to detect when it’s raining so that your sprinkler system does not go off.
