Home prices increased in Centerville during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Centerville rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 14.5 percent increase over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Centerville in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Centerville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,231, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
