Fridley median home prices rose by 6.6% in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Fridley rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 17.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,000 - a 6.6 percent increase over the $293,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Fridley in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Fridley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,816, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
