What happened to the median home price in East Bethel during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in East Bethel rose by $22,751 while total sales increased by 5.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,500 - a seven percent increase over the $324,749 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in East Bethel in the first half of 2021.
