Artwork of Chad Niemeyer is now on exhibit at Johnsville Library. Reflective Constructions is showing through September 26th. The collection showcases a blend of B&W, color, digitally enhanced, and artistically altered photos. Each technique is chosen specifically for each photo to help move the narrative.
