The Bunker Hills Dog Park is closed until further notice due to a construction project. The parking lot entrance is blocked, and the gates and fences have been taken down in anticipation of construction, which is expected to start on Monday, September 12.
The park should reopen in late October or early November once construction is complete.
The Bunker Hills Dog Park opened in the summer of 2013 and is a joint venture between the cities of Coon Rapids and Andover as well as Anoka County.
