Saturday, Feb. 8: Coon Rapids High School standout Ryanne Mellum’s college team loses to Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs

On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Coon Rapids High School standout Ryanne Mellum’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mavericks, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.

The game took place at Maverick All-Sports Dome. This was their second matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 11:20 a.m. at Gahnstrom Field against Pittsburg State Gorillas.
