On Friday, Feb. 28, former Coon Rapids High School standout Ian Nguyen’s current college team, the Lewis Flyers, won 10-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Upper Iowa Peacocks.

The game took place at Ozinga Field. This was their first matchup against the Peacocks this season.

The Flyers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12 p.m. at Ozinga Field against Upper Iowa Peacocks.
