City of Anoka issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.
Per Anoka County Hwy. Department, 4th Ave (CR31) in the City of Anoka will be closed between Pierce & Grant Streets from Sept. 23 - 27 for emergency BNSF Railway crossing repairs. Follow posted detour (Pierce St/7th Ave/Grant St).
