City of Anoka issued the following announcement on Sep. 26.
The Anoka Classic Car Show SPOOKTACULAR is set for Saturday, October 5 in downtown Anoka from 10 a.m. - dusk. Wear a costume, bring candy to share, and drive your wicked ride!
