City of Blaine issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.
Perform animal control and non-enforcement type services for the public while assisting the police department's patrol division. This is a non-sworn, non-union uniformed position working up to eight hours per day, maximum 56 hours in a two-week pay period, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
