City of Blaine issued the following announcement on Oct. 10.
Many residents and builders have asked the city to transition to online building permits. Hearing this feedback the City of Blaine researched potential partners for this project. Earlier this year the city selected Intuitive Municipal Solutions to develop an online permitting tool that would integrate with the City of Blaine website.
City staff and the project team at IMS having been working diligently at this project over the past several months. The online permit tool is expected to be available in the first half of 2020.
As the online permit launch date gets closer the city will share more information on how this new important tool will help streamline the permit process for residents, builders, home remodelers, and staff.
