City of Blaine issued the following announcement on Oct. 10.
MnDOT is exploring possible solutions to address congestion and improve safety on Hwy 65 in the cities of Blaine, Ham Lake & Spring Lake Park. Final decisions have not been made, so that’s why we need your help. Please take our online survey by Wed, Oct. 16 to provide your input into our planning process.
