City of Anoka issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.
Beginning November 1st, drop off your old, holiday string lights for recycling at Anoka City Hall, M-F, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays) in the lower level. Please, only drop off string lights - no rope lights or other holiday decorations.
Collection runs through Jan. 31, 2020. Please note: DO NOT place these in your curbside recycling cart. Thank you! #anokarecycles
