City of Anoka issued the following announcement on Nov. 11.

AMU customers have an opportunity to "round up" their utility bill, to the next dollar, and make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in need within our community. Together we are making real change with a little spare change. AMU is a community-owned, not-for-profit, electric supplier serving the city of Anoka, and portions of the cities of Champlin, Coon Rapids, Dayton, and Ramsey.
