City of Anoka issued the following announcement on Dec. 9.

- Replacement of the Hwy 10 Rum River bridge and other area bridges along with possible improvements to the interchange at Hwy 10 and Ferry St./Hwy 47/Hwy 169
- Construction of a new interchange at Thurston Ave., building an underpass at Fairoak Ave. and extending West Main St. and removing all Hwy 10 access in project area
